I, as the artist, will still own all rights to the artwork. You are not allowed to claim or pass it off as your own. This means I am also allowed to use the artworks for promotional value, like ads for my commissions.

Can I create things with the artwork? Yes! As long as it falls under personal use. Examples of this are; Pins, Shirts, Pillows, Bedsheets, Etc. As long as it's for only you, and won't be sold/restributed.

You have the right to repost the artwork, as long as it credits me in some way. This can be as simple as stating it was made by me.

You cannot edit the artwork without my permission. This includes tracing, drawing over it, color tweaking, etc.

If my artwork is watermarked, keep it that way. Chibi's will get a version without watermark, so they could be used as pagedolls, but I'd prefer if you kept the watermark when showing them in your gallery.

Payment is done through Paypal or Kofi.

Payment will be done in EUROS, since I am from Europe. Please calculate online to see the changes in pricing.

After payment is received, I will start planning out the commission. I will not start working on the commission until I've received full payment.

There is a possibility to pay 50% upfront, I show the sketch and then the other 50% is paid before I finish up the commission. I do allow this, but it's not preferred.

If you'd like to order a commission with commercial use, we will need to come to an agreement first.

A commercial commission will be increased by a minimum of 100%, so double the original price, but this may increase depending.

Commercial usage examples may be: reproducing the artwork for merch, selling them online in a shop, and other ways you seek to make profit from my art.

If I have not started yet with the artwork, you can request a chargeback. But please try to refrain from doing this, and only commission me if you have the funds to do so.

If I have already started on the artwork, I cannot not refund you, UNLESS I personally cannot complete the artwork.

If I cannot complete the artwork, I will refund 80% of the original price, since taxing tends to take a chunk of it. This is when I've already started.

If I haven't started and cannot complete it, I will refund the full amount.

You are NOT allowed to make a chargeback after the artwork is completed and the commission has been delivered. This will lead to blacklisting.

Please try to be communicative with me throughout the process, long moments of silence may slow the process down.

I am not a native English speaker, and I may sometimes misunderstand things or say things that may come off as odd. If clarity is needed, don't be afraid to ask me about it!

If there are multiple accounts of ghosting/huge gaps of communication, without a valid reason or explanation, it may risk in blacklisting. This is only if it's a repeated offence!

You have the right to set a deadline for your commission, but this must be discussed before payment.

I tend to take 1-3 months on completing a commission, but this may vary depending on the complexity.

It's possible that things in life get in the way and I may take longer to complete the commission, but this will always be discussed with you, the client.

You can always request updates/wips. I will try to reply as soon as I can.

I work on commissions whenever I can, but I do have a job and other responsibilities. My main commission work days are Fri-Sun.

When any of these rules are violated, you will be blacklisted.

If you do get blacklisted, it'll most likely happen without a warning!

I will provide an explanation why you have gotten blacklisted, if you did.

When you're blacklisted, you lose the right to post the artwork. You can still use it personally, but I don't want you to use/share it online.

Most of the time when I blacklist you, it will be permanent. This could potentially change depending on the scenario.

I will never blacklist you without a reason!!
